Quinoa Salad as Healthier Replacement of Caviar

Ingredients and preparation instructions:

1. One cup of quinoa, add 2 cups of water. Heat until the mix boils, then simmer for 10 minutes until the water evaporates. Wait for the quinoa to cool of (this will prolong the shelf life of the salad).

2. Chop 6 garlic cloves in small pieces.

3. Mix the garlic with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add lemon juice and mix again.

4. Mix half of the prepared quinoa with the mayoress, garlic and the lemon juice.

Serves two.
