"Authentic Indian Recipe" Frozen Foods at Trader Joe's. The sodium content is relatively high, if you consider these a single serving. If you split the dishes in half, sodium drops to a more manageable 350-450 gm per serving.
This one tastes good but the sodium content of 850 mg is quite high for a single person. You have to share the dish, or leave half of it for another meal. The cubes in the photo are made of tofu, not meat.
