Koala Gum Leaf Hideout

Koalas habitat is at the entrance of the Australian adventure which is closed during the winter but you can still see these cute bear-like creatures. Koalas sleep 18 hours per day, then they wake up, eat some Eucalyptus tree leaves and doze off again. What a life.
Koalas are very picky eaters. There are around 600 different Eucalyptus tree species but koalas eat only 10-15 of them. Each individual koala often eats leafs from only 2-3 species. Leafs have to be shipped to Cleveland twice a week from Eucalyptus tree plantations in Arizona and Florida. It costs $ 2,000 per week to take care of one koala. Mysterious Yagga Tree

Let's climb up the Yagga tree but be careful, you have to go through waterfalls, walk on hanging bridges, and slide right into the throat of a coral snake. That is why they call the Australian Adventure.
