A standard-size mahi mahi fillet (frozen, from Costco) thawed overnight. Bake over aluminum foil at 400 F. It is dry and low fat. Serve with 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar (Costco).

Romaine lettuce salad (Costco, 6 for $4) with olive oil (Costco) and plain vinegar (Walmart, Target). Mix. Add 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (Costco) on top for taste.
