The summer in Ohio is on the shorter side but very intense. We have to cram a lot of activities in a shorter time frame and that is why we have so many festivals during the summer. The average is 2-3 per weekend and really, you can't go to all of them because you just can't find enough time. Anyway, let's give it a try...
Balloon Festival in Chagrin Falls - May
Greek Heritage Festival in Cleveland - May
Walleye Festival in Port Clinton - May
Parade the Circle at the University Circle in Cleveland - June
Boating and Fishing Fest at the Cleveland Harbor - June
Irish Festival in Cuyahoga Falls - June
Tall Ships at Cleveland Harborfest - July
Medina County Fair in Medina - August
Cuyahoga County Fair in Berea - August
Greek Festival in Mayfield Heights - August
Lighthouse and Perch Fest at Fairport Harbor, Ohio - September
