Easy Recipe: Tuna with Manchego Cheese and Garlic

Directions

1. Sauté 6 gloves of garlic with one tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Add the content of one can of solid tuna and break the chunks into small pieces. Mix.

3. Add the previously cut in small pieces Manchego cheese and parsley. Mix.

It takes 5-10 minutes to prepare. Serve warm. Serves 2-3 people.

Ingredients (from Amazon)

Low-salt tuna, one can, the Costco variety works well. See alternatives below. You can soak the fish pieces in water for 10 minutes to remove some of the salt before cooking it.

Manchego cheese, 4-5 thin slices (2-3 mm thick), sold at Costco. See alternatives below.

Garlic, the Californian variety sold at Costco is mild with pleasant taste. See alternatives below.

Parsley, 1/4 bunch. Fresh parsley works the best but dry parsley can be used as well. See alternatives below.

Olive oil, one tablespoon. See alternatives below.
